Stevens, Moon & Associates was formed in October of 1994 when Denis Stevens and Fred Moon, with over 53 years of combined experience in the medical field, decided to go into business together. Denis had twenty-two years with Pharmaseal, a division of American Hospital Supply Corporation and three years with American Sales Associates. Fred had three years with Clark’s Drug and Surgical and twenty- five years with the Scientific Products division of American Hospital Supply Corporation. Their common goal was to focus on their customers, providing them with new innovative products and technologies and helping them solve problems while providing good patient outcomes.
Beginning with patient transportation, wound care and reprocessing, Stevens, Moon & Associates has gathered experience in many areas including patient surfaces, product storage, patient warming, specialized lighting, surgical instrumentation and blood pressure management. Currently our product portfolio includes patient positioning, x-ray protection, healthcare, storage solutions, patient transfer products, patient warming, surgical instrumentation, surgical lights and surgical tables. Our goal at Stevens, Moon & Associates is to provide professional representation and quality service to our customers.

SMA History
Stevens, Moon & Associates (SMA) was founded in 1994 by Fred Moon and Denis Stevens. The Company did approximately $200,000 of business it’s first year and by 2018 it was doing over $20,000,000. Denis Stevens was the President of the Company until his retirement in 2010, Lou Moon is the current President. Stevens-Moon today is a Medical Distributor covering the States of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky and has approximately 45 employees. Some of our milestones include:
